I'm writing this review because I would like to thank the girls in the activities department ( Latisha, Marisol and Bella ) for the service and quality of care that they have shown my mom. Do to the Covid-19 we are unable to go into the facility, and the girls knows how my mom loves her donuts so Latisha has gone and gotten her a donut now and then. Every day one of the girls will go in and visit with her and bring her phone to her so I can facetime with her. This is just a sample of what they have done for her. So thank you for always going above and beyond. It's been hard not to go in and see her for the last 7 months, I'm glad that she has you looking out for her.

This group has really helped my uncle recover from a very serious illness. He has been very happy with the therapists and care.

My Mom was very happy here. The food was really good. The staff have been on top of everything and are kind and generous. Physical therapy has been really great. She has visited many nursing homes in her life, so her saying its great here is a big deal!

Ohe.......my goish. I was hung up twice by two different people. One was by human resource, and the other one was by Vicky. If they do not even want to know your situation over the phone, do you expect they are care for your family?

North American Client Services is the new management for New Orange Hills. Since they have taken over, they have fired a large part of their workforce whom many of them had been working there for years. On top of that, many other faculty have moved on to other facilities due to the new managements horrendous policies having to do with paid time off, insurance plans, and other policies. This has caused the facility to be severely understaffed to point where management has begun to harass their faculty into working double shifts and has also caused a mite outbreak among the faculty and clients. These hard working people who have families of their own to take care of are being taken advantage of so the new company can make more $$$.nnPlease do not bring your loved ones here, the faculty will try their best but they are spread very thin.nnIf you have any similar experiences. Please report the management to the Better Business Bureau and let the BBB know your experience.
