Hi-Line has serviced my Mercedes several years now. Prior, I serviced the car at the dealer. H.L. has done a banging job, and I would not take my car anywhere else.

Today one of Matt’s (the owner) mechanics replaced the battery in my car. First he told me that my car would never start showing 9.5 volts, but it did, it started right up. After the battery was installed and he was closing things up in the back seat, I said the battery terminal is corroded. He said never mind, it doesn’t matter, I said yes it does matter, so upon my insistence he cleaned off the corrosion. Then he snapped back on an orange plastic tag that came with the old battery and of course it had the old date, so I asked him to please correct the date. He didn’t want to do that either. Sloppy, sloppy work. The same idiot also was unable to replace a side view mirror and on my third trip back because the mirror kept falling off, someone else fixed it, the first guy didn’t connect all of the pins. In addition, he appears to be drugged up, can’t prove it, he appears. The goofy look on his face, his lack of attention and focus, then his obvious lies to cover his sloppy work.nnI will never go back there again.
