I went to AutoZone that’s morning. The manager Alfredo Martinez helped me put new windshield wipers on my car and he was so pleasant and nice and did not hesitate to volunteer to change out the wipers… I appreciate that because I’m an older lady and I don’t necessarily like going in to the auto parts place. And it was a really pleasant experience. :)

The store manager Alfredo was extremely knowledgeable, patient & helpful. He (& an associate in training) used an Alternator Testing Machine to confirm my original alternator was defective & my newly purchased Mopar alternator was good. (At my request), Alfredo then compared my Mopar Alternator to a remanufactured AutoZone alternator.nnAfter explaining my ongoing battery charging issues, I asked Alfredo to check my cars charging system. He happily agreed, performed the test, and revealed that my currently installed alternator was good, however, my battery had a bad cell.nnUltimately, I returned to the store and purchased the Police Package (Size H8) 900 CCA Duralast Platinum AGM Battery. VROOOM, my 2006 Chrysler 300C Hemi, now starts up immediately!nnAlfredo went the extra mile by very patiently and methodically confirming my accurate diagnosis of a faulty alternator and revealing a bad battery.nnThank you very much for your expertise, as well as exemplary customer service skills!

I came in this morning to autozone because my brakelights were out. I came inside and hardy was very polite in greeting me and asked me what he can help me in. I therefore explained that i needed my bulb checked so he went outside, he checked all my bulbs but none were burnt he stated. Turns out it was a brake fuse he said and help me take it out and install a new one!! Glad to see people like him go above and beyond for customers service!! :) 5 Stars will come back to this store!
