I only take my car here for alignment, I purchased the lifetime deal a while back. I've had no problems with the alignment at all, but 2 visits ago I was informed that my brakes were nearing the end of their life and should think about replacing them. I perform this work myself so I purchased a full set and jacked up the car and pulled the tire off and find out the brakes are barely used. Majority of the center groove in the pads was still there. Maybe get a second opinion or look for yourself before signing the work order.
Called 6 different tire shops before Firestone, who was the only one that told me they could do a tire plug from a lag bolt in my tire, in less than an hour (all others were 2 hours or longer). They told me 45 minutes but actually got me in and out in 20 minutes. Great experience!
Great service from Cory and the crew. Thank you for helping me find the tires I needed at an agreeable price. Cory was very helpful with figuring out what services would be best to get for my car while working within my budget.
I came in because tire pressure lite went on. Big O tires ssid Id have to wait 90 minutes. This FIRESTONE DID IT RIGHT AWAY, and told there was no flat or leak just tire pressure was too high!
