So thankful for everything that Kristen and her team have done to help with my knee problem. They are excellent professionals, very attentive and friendly. Before treatment I was not even able to sit down without pain. Now, I can exercise and I was able to start running again. Super satisfied with their service.

The entire staff is very pleasant to interact with here. They stay on schedule so I don't have to wait for my appt. I am so happy with the results I'm getting! My surgeon says I am doing better than he expected. Also, they are right off the 405, with plenty of parking available.

I broke my arm and had to go physical therapy. California Therapy Solutions is great! They are always on top of everything and very helpful. My arm got stronger within a month. Thank you, guys! :D

My primary care doctor recommended PT for my knee pain. Since this was my first-time doing PT I had no idea of the cost, but I made sure to confirm they were in-network and ask up front what the cost would be per visit.nI made an appointment online, and received a confirmation and paperwork by email from Melissa. I responded with everything for my first consultation via email and asked her the cost, but she didn’t respond.nI called a few days before my appointment and asked the same. She said the consultation will be $30 and then each session $15.nI went to the consultation (in Laguna Woods) and the staff there were super friendly and cautious about covid.nI was examined and they recommended PT twice a week, again I asked the front desk how much it was and again they confirmed $15 per session.nI talked to my husband and since was not too expensive I decided to do it.nI went, I was very happy with Megan, Brianna and the other staff, until on my 7th session, Kendall told me there was a mistake about the cost, which was actually $75 per session and not $15. I was shocked, because first, I wouldn’t have decided to go if that was the price, and second that they waited 7 sessions to realize that. They charged me $15 per session for SEVEN sessions without realizing the error! If it was after a session or two, I would understand the mistake, pay the difference and move on, but now I have a bill for $420.nMy husband tried discussing with the billing manager in hopes of finding a middle ground, but even after acknowledging their mistake they have no interest in making any adjustments. He also left a message for the owner at the Fountain Valley location, but never received a return phone call.nThis is really unfortunate, because as mentioned, the staff at the LW location was very friendly, but I can’t recommend them unless you’re an expert in insurance contracts or are sure to second guess their billing practices before you start your therapy.

I have been coming here to rehab my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. Kristen runs a very professional PT business. I have met or surpassed my goals, and my surgeon is very impressed with my results.ud83dude0a
