No charging outlets allowed?? Rude customer service for Greyhound counter AND the coffee stand...no staff for Amtrak. I would have had a better time standing in the rain trying to hitchhike to Seattle..

Amtrak sucks. Poor service and when it comes to making a complaint they can’t help you and just have you email them and never get back to you. All they’re capable of doing is changing your trip date or refunding you. That’s it. They don’t help u in any other way or care too.

Trains are always late. No Amtrak staff ever on site, not one to help load train if elderly or disabled. No line up area, no hate, just people pushing their way to the front. Incrradibly disorganized service Nice station with a good coffee shop, luckily not run by Amtrak.

Very fun place to hang out, even on a day (Sunday) when many shops were closed.

Great building. Most the staff nice . beside Just one lady who works at information counter she rude to ppl if you ask her some questions she seems like spend more hours playing game on her tablet then actually spending on working. And she security guy ass hole the one just start coming new.
