Got rear ended at a red light. Christian at Caliber took care of my vehicle and kept me updated with the whole process. My car was fixed, washed, and returned to me in less than a week, even over a holiday weekend. Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

Quick to help and got my car repaired quickly
I had my truck fix at caliber collision in Fountain Valley and they fix my truck very fast and they did a good job, I was very happy how my truck looks after they fix it, everybody are so nice, the Manager and the the rest of the staff such as Chris, Jio, service advisor and the painters Robert and David and the Tech. Gavin, thank you everybody to fix my truck, I really recommend this place
I received top-notch care from Caliber Collision. They (Gio, specifically) fought the at-fault party's insurance for me to replace everything that had been missed with a subpar body shop I was referred to a few years ago. Gio is a great asset to have at this location due to his knowledge and transparency as well as truly caring about the customer as if he were repairing his own vehicle. Tammy was prompt and never left me in the dark regarding appointment times and follow-up calls (she's also a great conversationalist!).nnThanks Caliber Collision - Fountain Valley. I hope I don't have to use bodywork services again, but I'llh definitely be coming back if I do.
