I was impressed enough with the service and value I received that, yesterday, after returning home, I emailed John to elaborate about how impressed I was. The following comments are but a summary.nnI heard of TI via their KFI radio commercial. I contacted them with my situation (mom's getting old, ready to liquidate her jewelry collection) and they invited me down. I live in the high desert so this was a gamble...a 100 mile gamble.nnThe process was impressive. John spent over an hour evaluating the collection. We never felt rushed or intimidated. Over the past year I've contacted several jewelers and visited two. Each time we left unimpressed.nnIn the end, John gave us a fair offer that made sense. We didn't even counter.nnI took his card and will be recommending TI to anyone that needs to liquidate assets; not just jewelry, but, as their name suggests, all Tangible Assets.nnThank you, Rod, John. Well after searching for 3yrs for a ring then finding it on their site at 3am I was hoping they ship to Toronto And they said they would. So far so good. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Very prompt and accommodating. Would definitely order from them in the future.

This place is amazing. They take the time and experience to check every piece you bring for appraisal. They give you the money immediately upon your approval. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

What a pleasant experience it was to work with Rod during my gold and silver purchase, he made it so easy understand the language of gold. I’m glad I heard about TII on the radio because I am now, a gold owner.
