have lived here for 3 years nice and quite have great neighbors onsite management and the maintenance is great love them management company not sure about but so far nice overall I love the place
I live here this is a 5star park. Great place to live.
Lived there about six years. Nice neighbors. No park improvements for tenants. Electricity frequently out. Rules excessive and bendable for some. Reached point where sold to get out of park.
Lowside at cliffs Hidaway
Lived there seven years and had some wonderful neighbors. New management came on a few years ago and have a long list of new rules that are completely arbitrary - definitely geared to a select few and favoritism abounds. Rents keep going up with no improvement in outdated electric or amenities. When I moved there, it was a community but now it's more of a prison. It's not the onsite managers but the management company who are ruining the community.nnOn the plus side, it's fairly safe and affordable.
