I usually don't write reviews here. But I went here last week for a flu shot, which is always a terrifying experience for me. I dealt with the pharmacy manager. She was very personable and made the experience a breeze. Five stars!
I called in a prescription refill and was told it would be filled by 4:00 PM Sunday. It was still not filled by Tuesday morning. If you have necessary prescriptions do not get them here.
Horrible over the phone.. I should of NEVER transferred from the Oak Harbor location. They told me meds were ready then yelled at me when they weren't. Than, when I changed pharmacies due to how they treated people, most of my meds weren't transferred over.
I love the reg pharmacy chicks, it makes the whole weekly routine more enjoyable and run smoothly when the person behind the counter makes an effort to build customer report ya know, and that’s exactly what you get here. It doesn’t feel like some big chain store pharmacy, but instead more like the family business. My scripts are always on time, and once a really rad pharmacist kept the light on like 5 mins past closing because she knew I was coming in and needed to get my medicine. That’s quality service I know i can count on.
