Peaceful place. Nice and clean.
This is a gated community and all the homes are well maintained and very close to the beach at dana point..nothing better than morning coffee on the front porch watching the sun rise from behind the mountains..
Nice area, not too packed with cars and the people here seem to take good care of their mobile home.
The facilities are a bit dated, but well kept and clean.
