During a quick weekend trip to Anacortes, my wife and I stopped by Burton Jewelers. An adorable, family owned and run shop right in downtown historic Anacortes. My wife found a sterling silver ring with a Diamond solitaire and I ordered a custom ceramic wedding band. Living nearly two hours away (in a MUCH bigger city, that you've heard of), Phil at Burton was fantastic to deal with. Patiently discussing with me sizing strategies for my ring (have been wearing silicone bands for a decade). He took his time, and showed great care as we discussed, and I evaluated the minutiae of my purchase decision. No detail was too small for him to display great care and expertise in guiding me to my final selection. Zero pressure, but great care and expertise were on obvious display. So I ordered the ring to be custom made, which would take weeks.nnVery organized and detail oriented; he stayed in regular communication with me regarding the status of my custom order on a more than weekly basis. After it arrived to him, Phil conducted a full quality inspection under a loupe, a microscope, and with a micrometer, to ensure it was up to his standards. He then was able to ship my ring to me in a VERY secure, sealed package. Though ordered sight unseen, the ring is fantastic! It fits perfectly (exactly as he demonstrated in the shop) and actually had better finishing than the demo model. How often does that happen??? Can't say enough good things about Burton. Friendly, competent, professional staff. Though I interacted primarily with Phil, everybody there was very warm and friendly. Eager to help and bringing friendly banter as my wife and I perused their shop. You should feel very confident in giving them your business!

A few years after the loss of my husband I decided to remove my wedding ring. However it could only be removed by having it cut off as it would not slip off of my ring finger. This was not an easy task for me to do and rather an emotional one for me. Phil Burton showed me the kindest of care during his service to do the task at hand. He cleaned my wedding ring and presented it to me in an envelope. When I asked how much I owed him for his service he declined to take any money at all. I left feeling that there is genuine kindness in this world and I am forever grateful to Phil for making this time less painful for me. Thank You Phil Burton you are a real gem.

My wife stopped in to have her bracelet inspected before our trip. Holly graciously inspected it, improved the clasp and cleaned it while she waited! Thank you so much for the extra effort, Holly. We both very much appreciated your expertise.

The people at Burton are amazing! We came to them to have a custom ring made with my company logo on it, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and the final product was absolutely amazing! I had a ring resized here, beautiful work, intricately cleaned and polished, with no hint that it had been taken down.
