Use to live here 202 mobile homes in the park. Lots of stray cats being fed by homeowners but I like the cats here they run from the park to the riverbed and aren't a problem there are also raccoons and possums and an occasional coyote has been seen wandering over the years it's a good park good neighbors good community
Do not recommend living here. The managers (gina) is incredibly disrespectful. She clearly has no type of experience in customer service. She flipped out on me because I ask if we can get a little heads up every time they cut the water here (5th time in the last 2 years). She recommended me look for another place if I didn’t like it. I’ll will talk to higher ups and make a complain, she should be out of a job and working on her social skills.
It's nice and quite and clean I've known this place for years
Managers do a great job of staying on top of caring for the park.
