We never feel what is called community when living here, because the manager and the land lord will ignore people's opinion to improve community. Furthermore, the space price will increase with highest rate every year, sometimes you will get charged with nonsense amount that you did not involve such as trash volume, street maintenance, and the plumping. After five year of contract we decide to sell the house and find better place to live. This is when the hell come. I will update this review after I sell my house. Wish me luck.
