I was expecting a package to be delivered today. Usps updated saying it was delivered inside my mailbox, I went to check, unlocked my mailbox and nothing was inside. I have filed a claim to track down my package.
This is among the worst usps facilities. I dropped off an important shipment before noon and they didn’t send it or update it until the next evening. There were no updates on the tracking whatsoever. They ONLY shipped it because I had to go and ask them about it the next day. Who knows how many days it would have sat at the facility without going out. The post office worker was also very unhelpful when I asked about the status of the shipment.nnI’d highly recommend going to any other usps facility. This location needs a lot more improvement.
Made an appointment for new passport applications, went in with the paperwork ready to go, put in my coins into the machine for parking only to be told that the only person who could do the passports wasn’t there. A cancellation notification would have been nice, so as to make plans for another appointment visit at a different location. Online appointment process was pointless and this location shouldn’t be on the list of this is what’s going to happen.
I rent a PO Box there, and I will never do it again, more than 5 articles were never delivered to me, the last time this happened to me they refused to give me an explanation of why the track of the article said that I was there in the office, they did want to give me my for that ítem, I suspect that more than one employee keeps the PO Box shipments, super bad experience, believe me guys, never trust your shipments in that office, the last time they kept an item of more than 100 dollars and even though the track said that they they had them ,nobody said anything nobody knew anything you know that kind of thing that some cover up ,with others like stealing.....
They never picked up my calls. I called several times, at different times of the day, waited longer than the estimated time they said I was supposed to wait... don’t even bother to call them
