Sea Quest Kayak Tours

My 16yo daughter and I did a 5 day guided kayak camping expedition with Ben as our guide. It's a bit like like car camping in kayaks so you can bring a fair amount of gear and food. Ben is a great guide, a great cook, and a great conversationalist.nWe camped in a number of beautiful waterfront campgrounds that are reserved for human powered vessels like kayaks, stand up paddle boards, and canoes.nWe saw lots of wildlife and beautiful scenery around the many islands.nWe enjoyed the company of the other guests and Ben kept us cheerfully on track and well fed.nI highly recommend the 5 day guided kayak camping expedition.

We had a wonderful 5 day, 4 night kayaking trip with Sea Quest tours. We were a family of 8 ranging in age from 15-54. Our guides, Jonathan and Katie, were fabulous. They cooked delicious food and took great care of us. Jonathan was exceptionally knowledgeable about the area: the currents, the weather, the animal life, the plant life, EVERYTHING! We were so grateful to be able to go on a very socially-distant, safe vacation during these uncertain times. I would highly recommend this as the vacation to take right now!

I had a great experience with Sea Quest from the time I booked my tour. After I finalized our booking online I realized that the ferries were not going to align for us to make over to Friday Harbour on time. So I called and they worked with me to move my reservation to the next day. I was very happy that they did because on our tour we had such a great time. Our guide Martean (not sure that is the correct spelling) was so awesome! She was very knowledgeable about kayaking, the San Juan’s and all that go with it. She was also very knowledgeable about all things marine life. If we make it back up there on a hot summer day again we will be booking another tour with Sea Quest!!

We had an awesome trip with Sea Quest Kayak Tours. Our guide, Ben, was very knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. We took a lunch break on Turn island and he also took us on a nice hike around the island which was beautiful. Wish we could stay longer we would definitely do this again!

Had a great outdoor experience w/ Katie! We learned a lot from her about the local ecology, she spotted some amazing purple sea stars and other sea life, including harbor porpoises, a few diff. bird app. and seals (never guarantees of that!), And she was super flexible and supportive of each group member's level of experience.nnThank you Katie!
