We went for the basic pepperoni pizza for our first visit. Such excellent pizza. Both soft and crispy at the same time. Sauce was good. We also tried the cinnamon sugar dessert pizza. Very tasty. All the staff were so very kind and helpful and friendly. They constantly came to check on us out on the patio. We will be visiting again, for sure.

This place is pretty good. We generally frequent another spot on 17th but my wanted something different so we tried Mikes. It was reminiscent of Round table but better! We will definitely be back, alternatively between our favorite spot on 17th

My husband could not wait for this place to open. We were finally able to try it out and were very disappointed. We felt that the prices were way too high for the same quality that we could get anywhere else. In addition to that the customer service was severely lacking. No greeting when we walked in. No recommendations or help with the menu. This is a brand new place they definitely need to step it up in the customer service aspect.

I ordered their “famous” pepperoni pizza with sausage and mushrooms through DoorDash on 9/30 at 7:09 pm. They delivered pizza without pepperoni. When I called to complain, instead of a refund or fixing the order, they gave me a credit for my next pizza. I found the pizza itself disappointingly undercooked for my taste and wanted to give them a second shot asking for the pizza to be well done when I called to use the credit.nnOf course when I just tried calling to use the credit and they said they don’t have a record of a credit. They apparently tie their credits to phone numbers. When I was first given the credit, I gave my number to the manager and even asked her to read it back to confirm they had it right.

I much prefer to come here to sing praises and not to give bad reviews, so trust me when I say you want to order elsewhere. First off, They did not deliver all of the items that were ordered. After waiting just under an hour for delivery of a partially complete order, the manager Nicole suggested that we could postpone our dinner longer to wait for the rest of the items we ordered to be delivered or they could refund us 75 cents and offer a small credit for next visit (which we don't indented for their to be a next visit based on this one) While the pizza tastes only average, it is SEVERELY LACKING in toppings compared to what you see on their website. What they advertise vs. what you get is even more egregious than you'd find at your average fast food restaurant. Order at your own risk.
