I worked at this company full-time for less than a year. The CEO was rude and horrible. All the owner cares about was promoting HERSELF. All her businesses were losing money.

This review is for the location in Montrose at 2269 Honolulu Ave. I wasn't able to find that location on Google Maps, so I'm writing my review in the Newport Beach location:nnBy far one of the best jewelry/watch repair places I have ever visited. Mardo and his sister have been extremely caring, genuine, and authentic in their dealings with me. I can't recommend them enough!nnTook my watch in because moisture had been trapped underneath the surface. Since I'm planning on visiting lots of humid areas during my travels, I had to get this fixed.nnMy watch was cleaned and re-sealed, ready in a few days and Mardo kept me posted on updates. Clean operation, pleasant store to walk into, and run by an honest family that actually cares about their customers.nnThe location of the store is great too, nestled right in the Montrose shopping area close to coffee shops and restaurants.
