Ron, I just wanted to say thank you so much for your help today and this has been the best experience I had at a watch store. I would even take it a bit further and say that I think Ron is the best person to talk to when buying or servicing a watch period.nnSome background, I purchased a watch for my father because he is retiring, and his birthday is coming up. He immigrated here from Asia and has worked hard his whole life, so I wanted to make sure everything was perfect with his present. Only dilemma was because of COVID and my father being on the East Coast, I had to get the watch sized based alone on his wrist measurements which is a tough task. Ron was happy to help and was meticulous sizing the watch very carefully. You could feel his passion when it comes to watches and that he genuinely cared a lot about the situation which means a lot to me and my family.nnThank you so much Ron, I will be a forever customer and you’ve made this rare moment in my family perfect!

Had a great experience at Hyde Park. The agent that I worked with is Mehrad. He's the best. Very knowledgeable on watches. Very supportive. And most importantly, no pressure to work with. His only concern was to ensure that I ended up with a purchase that I was comfortable with. Would definitely do business with him again.

Went to the Rolex boutique looking for a submariner or a GMT Master 2 everyone was attentive and friendly when I walked through the doors, then Shiva Kolahi showed me some watches, an overall pleasant experience, highly recommend checking this place out for a new Rolex.

Unfortunately, I just found out that Hyde Park Rolex Boutique in Las Vegas unexpectedly closed its doors, to my great dismay?!! I have been their very loyal customer for over 15 years now, and have received nothing but the greatest customer service in that time frame!! Fortunately for all concerned, Sandi Perry, the manager of this store, has since been transferred to the Fashion Island Newport Beach Store, and I am now still able to retain the phenomenal EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have received for all these years, prior!! Although I will miss our prior close (geographically) business relationship, I know that I can count on Sandi Perry and Hyde Park Jewelers to fulfill my, and my family and friends jewelry and watch needs in the long term future!! Thank you so much for being there for the customer!!! You guys are THE VERY BEST!!!!

I purchased a rare vintage Tudor Oyster date watch and was in need of an authentic high quality Tudor Deployant to match the watch. I had previous contact several other watch stores and no one could help. A friend recommended me to Hyde Park Jewelers! That's where I met Mehrad. Wow! Not only did he immediately recognize the watch, but was enthusiastic and knolegible at the expert level with this vintage Tudor Chronograph.nnLong story short, he contacted the Tudor factory and obtained a genuine Tudor watch band Deployant. He installed on the watch along with my Sting Ray watch Band. In a word Stunning. He did such a good job I offered to tip him, but he politely said it's s all part of the Service here! Mehrad and Hyde Park Jewelers are Amazing!nOrlando
