Staff is very rude. The bold guy and an elder lady. They should honestly be working somewhere else. Those people do not know how to communicate. Every question you ask they take it as a threat. Very very rude. Only reason, i go there is because it's close. Other than that, I would not go there very bad customer service. Would not recommend to anyone to stop by here. I'm surprised they are still working there all these years.
To many workers who speak broken English can barely understand them and they can barely understand what we communicate with them, came in for my passport appointment only for Rita whose terrible English wanted me to mail my application even though I went in to take the picture
Other reviews are true. Staff at this place are very rude. I heard they even charge you extra fee for prepaid packages. Will never come again.
This is was my first time going to this post office and from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, the staff is very rude to other customers including me. One staff especially, Kieu was very rude to me. I was trying to buy an envelope but she gave me a very rude look and gave me lots of attitude. Once I gave her my letter, she was throwing it around as if it was trash. I am a paying customer and so I should be treated with respect. Never coming here again.
26 people in line on a Saturday. Only 1 employee working. 28 minutes in line. Sad for young lady Jessenworking. Overwhelmed. But she was nice compared to other people who work there.
