The person who helped us greeted us right away and offered us multiple options. Although they didn’t have a lot of the sizes we wanted which wasn’t fun. We had to ask for 6 pairs to find a 9.5.
Horrible customer service 3 times. I even called corporate office and never received a return call from the district manager. i get all my shoes at the walking company. I used to go to the Chino Hills store and the customer service there was wonderful! and i always went back to that store, ever since the Chino Hills store closed, Brea is the closest. But, since i had 3 terrible experiences there in Brea and the district manager never called me, I Travel to Palm Springs or Temecula just to avoid the Brea store. This is so sad! you need to revamp that staff and who ever manages that store. Brea is a nice mall but the walking co. there is horrible.
Quite expensive, but well made shoes, they last a long time.
Awesome store and well made shoes of different brands. A must visit if your feet need orthotics... cheaper than doctor-made ones, removable and transferable between different shoes.
Very nice ladies attendants. Good offers, very professional...great shoes., good prices...I highly recommend it.
