I brought my boyfriends watch here the CSR was very helpful not at all pushy about making a sale even though it’s their job and possibly their quota speaking from experience in a retail store. I love how he helped us in anything we needed. I love how he informed us about the warranty and the rewards program. I really appreciate the fact they did the fitting without any fuss on how tedious it is. I will definitely come back to this store even though there is a closer one to my house. Every Michael Kors store out there follow this store’s examples on how to provide exceptional customer service.
I have to start off by saying Orlando gave the best customer service ever. He went above and beyond and gave all his attention and knowledge all to us. We will most definitely be returning! Super friendly and super excited with my purchase!
