I returned a pair of shoes that did not fit properly and the item was received at their San Diego location on 8/10/2020. As of the date of this review I have not received the refund back to my credit card. I have called numerous times to check on the reason for the delay. The excuse I am given is that there is a problem with the system and they do not have a date as to when my refund will be processed. This is unacceptable! How in this day and age does it take 21 days and counting to issue a refund? I will continue to contact this company until this issue is resolved and I receive my refund. I will never shop at Naturalizer again and I do not recommend this company at all.
