They greeted us which was nice. But didn’t offer to help us right away. Kinda weird. The lady seemed hesitant to ask us if we needed help. I had a better experience in the Ecco store in Brighton, London.

Great selection of Shoes! If you are looking to buy extra comfy shoes for yourself or for your family, go see Rosie! She is the manager for this location. Very nice and informative! Definitely will be returning to this location soon.
They gave a pretty good selection of shoes, a bit pricey but the main thing I liked about it is I have wide feet and they actually stock wide width shoes. Seems like most stores don't. Nice and helpful staff. They also carry golf shoes!
I get some nice compliments on my Eccos. Comfy dress shoes.
