Yes our manager is pretty strict but it's all for our good. The park is very safe. If residents themselves don't follow the rules by keeping their house tidy and kept up, and adults and kids respectful of others they will definitely get a warning or worse. Thats why the park is a place if rest and you feel safe taking a walk in the afternoon or morning.nIf issues arise the manager is very willing to work with you. She and her supervisor helped with directing me to the right resources I needed to get some things straightened out for my home. I am forever grateful for them.nOverall if your willing to respect the rules you can live a very peaceful life here. Love my park.

Quiet place to live...nice and neat and acept people of any age there even usually places like that are mostly for 3d age people.
This place is the worst. Illegal activities occur and the manager of the mobile home park knows and doesn't call the police because she allows it. She is a blatant racist against white/Caucasian elderly folk. She makes it a point to abuse her power to abuse the elderly. My grandmothers home got defaced with graffiti. Turns out the managers son did it. And nothing happened. I wish somebody would do something about it.
