Good sale prices! I really like the clothes style they have and the variety. Can't wait to come back. Besides the staff service is nice.

Horrible customer service. I came in during a sale and was just looking around and minding my own business. I found a cute white t shirt that i was going to buy but decided not to buy it since the checkout line was almost out the door. I decided to put it back where i found it and as i was putting it back, a girl came up to me and said “can you please put it back where you found it please.” I froze a bit because I didn’t know what to say (i was only putting it back where i found it in the first place). I decided not to say anything and just said “okay” because i decided to give her the benefit of the doubt since there was a sale going on and she probably didn’t have a good day. But her attitude was a big NO NO to me! GIRL what if i told you “this is where i found it?”

Why is everything that they have a small? All the larges are gone. Even the medium and xl were hard to find. It's obviousit's that the majority of people wear larger sizes. Wake up Forever 21, it's not the year 2000 anymore.

The staff is really helpful and the store manager jenny is so sweet and goes above and beyond to make sure ur having a wonderful experience at their location. Not to mention always a great selection of clothes to pick from. Highly recommend.
