Last case I had, the officer stud up and request case dismissal. God bless the police that actually Serve and Protect us all. I rarely encountered a police officer that was unpleasant in the last few years

Don't even bother with this corrupt court. If you plan on fighting a traffic ticket don't expect to win even if you have evidence to support that the ticket issued was wrong. Judge will allow any and all evidence and fraudulent testimony from the officers but the minute you challenge the validity of it and try to submit your evidence the judge will cut you off and throw it out. The only chance you have is to get lucky if the crooked cop who pulled you over doesn't show up. Just love our crooked legal system.

BEWARE BEWARE ... I WENT TO FILE SOME CASES AND THE CLERK TOLD ME THAT I CAN LEAVE THEM AND THEY WOULD CALL ME BACK TO LET ME KNOW WHEN TO PICK THEM UP. I PICKED THEM UP AND HAD THEM SERVED AND I WENT TO COURT.... THEN THE CLERK IN THE COURT ROOOM SAID THEY ARE ALL DISSMISSED 18 OF THEM!!!! I WONDER WHAT CAN BE WRONG.... SHE SAID THEY ARE NOT SIGNED. ...... WHAT !!!!!nWHY DID THE CLERK OFFICE PROCESS THEM????? FOR MONEY!!!! WHY DID YOU TAKE MY MONEY THEN.... $100 EACH $1800 ARE THEY NOT SUPPOSED TO CATCH THIS STUFF. .... STOP!!!! AND MAKE SURE ALL YOUR PAPERWORK IS SIGNED CAUSE THEY WONT TELL YOU TILL YOU ARE IN COURT!!!! AND DISMISS ALL YOUR CASES!!! WHAT A WAST OF TIME. AND TIME OF THE DEFENDENTS. NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR!!!!! BUT I HAD TO!!!
