Horrible customer service which took two weeks to respond to them ticketing me even though my parking was validated. I don’t have a front license plate as it is not required in North Carolina where my vehicle is registered. Was issued a 35 dollar ticket for my plate not being visible from the front. No where online does it state that a front plate is required and if you don’t have a front plate that you need to park with your rear plate facing the isle. There’s signs on many columns that state the rules, but not the one about having a plate facing the “drive isle”. No where in the building that I saw stated it either but apparently it’s labeled and it’s only in one place in the parking garage. My parking was validated so there shouldn’t have been an issue and no one was parked behind me blocking the attendant from seeing my plate. Also they make you pay a $3.50 fee to pay your $35 fee. $38.50, horrible customer service, and shady operation. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I thought the parking was reasonable and it's free with validation at the kiosk at the stores and movies.

Parked in disabled spot in front of theater. Did not know it was paid parking until we came out of a movie to find a ticket of 48$. We still never seen any signs saying pay. On way out we did see a pay station a block away, so does disabled people need to go a block to pay for parking to go to a movie that validates parking? And dose theater give a refund? Fyi. We had to leave movie early because kids were smoking and on thier phones in theater and managment didn't remove them even when someone next to them left.
