Terrible customer service, at least from the miserable lady that works there. I took a flywheel here to get resurfaced, the lady said it would be done Monday and took my number and name. She said they would call me when it’s done. By Tuesday I had not received a call, so I gave them a call. She answered again, and I inquired about the flywheel. She told me it hadn’t been done because there were alignment pins still in the flywheel. So I said “well just pull them out.” She said we don’t do that. I guess it takes a skilled technician to grab some vice grips and give them a turn. Makes you wonder if they should be machining flywheels in the first place. Either way I asked why I didn’t get a call it’s Tuesday, been 4 days. She said I didn’t leave a number. I said yes I did I left it with you. She yelled at me and said no you didn’t. So I just went down and picked up my flywheel to take it somewhere else. When I got down to the store, I talk to her again. At that point she told me that someone lost the phone number and “shit happens”. Then why all the lies and yelling. I am a mechanic and this was for my customers car.
Had to tell my customer that it would be three or four more days as I need to go to another shop. How embarrassing for me and the owner of this carquest. Will not ever be going back!

It’s all good. They will help you out and get you going
This is kind of a mediocre place. They can order lots of parts in for you pretty quickly but their stock of items isn't great. If your after anything that is somewhat special (like V-band clamps) they probably don't know what it is.
