Sam and Austin are incredible! They are excellent at design and service of our 3 fish tanks. Sam is our primary aquarium technician and we haven’t seen the tanks look as well as they do under his watch in the 30 years we have had the aquariums. Tenji is simply the best!nWe were just evacuated due to fires and they were there to take our fish to their shop so they could survive.nSam has gone above his call of duty... when I called for help they were all on board. Sam met me and had tanks ready to receive them... then Austin and Sam checks several times a day. Austin even sent us videos to let us see how they were doing.nGood job you guys, you made a stressful situation easy. I love what Sam said when I called about our fish pets... “Fish lives matter”.nThanks you guys, your passion, expertise, and customer service.
