This post office is a joke. Put in a change of address twice and both times they make a typo sending my mail to another P.O. Box. I will not be using this place for anything whatsoever in the future. I recommend you stay far away from this post office it’s terrible I hate this place.
The Worst Postal Office I have ever had the displeasure of knowing, blatantly lying about delivered packages!! The Postmaster Inspector General needs to be fired or fire the incompetent staff working there.
They lose packages subpar and can't deliver mail to right address. They deserve to go bankrupt they dont even answer phone to help. From all ADA patients you make it harder for people with disabilities .nnThank you for not servicing vets that need medical equipment delivered properly.
They updated their tracking to say that they “attempted delivery”. They never even showed up. The address they were supposed to ship to is a commercial address with 24/7 security at the front gate who also serve by accepting deliveries. These guards attest that USPS never showed up, while USPS claims that no one was present. Didn’t know who to trust so I had the guards pull up the camera feeds and we watched 4hours of footage only to discover that USPS never even came down the road.
Terrible service long before Covid. I can’t count the amount of times my items have been marked as delivered when no attempt was made. I ended up finally getting my package days later. I have also had mail marked as “delivery attempted” when no attempt was made(we have cameras).
