Well kept park only 1.7 miles from Marina State Beach and @ 8 miles from Monterey. Senior (55+) community makes for a nice quiet place to live but minutes to all the stores needed.nnAlmost 100 homes in this park. Both single and double wide and some brand new. I live to walk the streets. Can actually hear the ocean from our place. Good management.nnOnly complaint is that they allow small dogs ud83dudc15 but don’t have many places for the dogs to go potty when are walking cause they are not allowed on the property of others. They have room for a small dog park.
A bit run down, no bells or whistles, but lots of wonderful residents
Nice, clean and quiet mobile home park. Minutes from the beach and walking distance from stores, restaurants and laundry mat.
