It can use some TLC it's a sweet community of Families and I believe they deserve a bit more Love & attention from the Owners & Management. It can be a more beautiful place to live. Sadly it's very pricey for the families who have retired there & are on a fixed income.
I'm giving it 5 stars only due to the fact I've never actually been here. Just walk by it cause I live nearby. Seems like a great location. Convenience stores surround it. Has a wonderful park up the road. With a community center and skate park. Also a sports field. Grocery stores near by. Great location if anything. The owner is Edis Robinson. Number is all ready logged in here.
For the most part it is a good Park. Most of the residents have been here for a while, watched each others kids grow up. Location is the best. Neighbors are friendly and seem to get along. Only negative thing would be parking spaces, reseindents park in the Guest parking, leaving the true Guest with no where to park but on the street. There was a comment about Handicap Parking, solution to that is let the handicap guest park in the driveway and resident park in the street!
No handicapped parking... Not enough guest parking. The people are great though!
The Best job ever from Kohls to my house delievery in less that 3 day . I would do this again
