I had heard about don Roberto’s jewelers from a friend. She told me it was a great place to start my credit. I went in a couple months ago to reestablish and it has helped me out a lot. Esmeralda is one of the employees who helped me open my account, she was great. All the employees there are so kind and professional! I highly recommend!

As a customer the service it’s great from all the ladies. As an employee i just want to say that I worked from July 2017 to Nov 2018 I love the experience and I’m grateful for that opportunity. The sad part it’s that I got fired with out the chance to defend my self or to speak to someone else bedsides my manager , I did not wanted to say nothing to no one but there is customers from Don Roberto that told that the employees are telling them I got fired because I stolen from the company money and a repair. First of all I stolen nothing this happened in the first moth of working I sent my ring to get resize , I was still on training I wasn’t told that only my manager could receive my repair at the time of my training another person got hired and my manager told me that she was going to show us how to receive repairs she never said one thing about my repair when ask why was repair there at the store I told her she was going to train me and the new girl how to receive it so she told me to take it that if it gets lost the store was going to held responsible so I took it home again my repair not some else but mine, I was gone from work a couple of months since my father had past away then I had a surgery so I had to take another month off when I come back there is new people working I was a happy to be back I love my Job. well I just want to say to Don Roberto to train better his personal not to be telling people líes, I never took money or jewelry from this company I was some of the workers who took the deposit to the bank and not one penny was short , it’s disappointed already that I lost my job near Christmas but more disappointed is that no one gave me a chance to explain what happened at the time. But really they waited more then a year to fired me instead of giving me a rite-up or something else ,these matter could been adjust in a million ways but I never got a chance to defend myself I was treated like a criminal , and to top it off know they are telling customers and people that know me, that I got fired for stealing please stop accusing me for something I never did .

Such a well organized store, but I was mostly blown away from the service I received from Mindy Guzman! She was so knowledgeable, friendly and charismatic! She answered every question I had and helped me choose the perfect gift!

I went into the store looking for a ring, and was very indecisive on what I wanted. Mindy was helping me out and was very patient and helpful. She recommended some rings and gave me some really good input. I was very satisfied with the customer service and will definitely go back again.
