The watch repair guy is either lazy or doesn't know what he's doing. He said he didn't have the tools to change my watch battery. He was too busy fixing his hairud83eudd26‍♀ufe0f. My husband ended up changing it with household tools. Don't even take your your watch there, it's a waste of time.

Mike was very helpful. Appreciated working with him every time I went it. He took the time to educate me on the jewelry I bought before I bought it. Going in, I hardly knew anything about what I was looking for, and he gauged what I was looking for with the price range I gave him and helped me make my decision. The entire process was easy, personable, and I didn't feel played.
