Keri's Gold & Silver

It was horrible...dont get to close or touch multiple rings at once or they will accuse you of stealing...if it were up to me i wouldn't even give them a one star i would give them a no star...no one deserves to be treated or accused of doing something they didn't do.

I used to go here for a lot of different things because it's affordable and my parents history with Keri. However now I'd rather go somewhere else, because the two employees we dealt with left a bad taste in my mouth. Vivian and Brianna helped my sister and I, I should say didn't help because they didn't want to. They lied to us about an honest mistake which we weren't mad about because it could happen to anyone, they would rather lie about it, hide it, and attempt to make my sister and I feel stupid and like we didn't know what we were talking about, even though we knew exactly what was wrong and why, we didn't do anything wrong and we're just wanting something fixed. We asked if there was any compensation that my sister could receive because what we had gotten wasn't what we were told we were getting. And they insisted in keeping up with a lie and trying to make us feel stupid. Not to mention they were eating chips and were trying to deal with our merchandise, that we already paid for, that we were trying to bring back without washing their hands. My sister and I love all the other employees, they are all great except these two and this experience. At one point I even had to tell them that we weren't mad at them because it wasn't their fault, because of the way they were rude and unprofessional. In no way were we trying to start a fight or cause drama but they turned it into an ugly situation. Most definitely will not be returning to Keri's when these two are working.
