Good parking place
My friend and I were there for an event. We ended up parking on the street because the entrance was not clearly marked. We drove around the block twice. It was dark and raining so that may have contributed it but all of the parking garages in Seattle have the entrance clearly marked.
entrance to the parking garage is difficult to find, it's also very skinny, the parking spaces are also quite small. The exits and the up ramp and down ramp locations are difficult to find and not well marked and not easy to navigate if you are in a larger vehicle. The signage is not clear.
Absolutely horrific. The elevator in the Chase Garage is always broken. Terrible customer service. I'm 7 months pregnant and reasonably asked for another spot so I wouldn't have to go up 6 flights of stairs and got the run around. Completely unacceptable!
The elevator has not been working for 3 weeks. Will be another 1.5 weeks before it is up and running again. In addition, the garage is extremely cramped. Going up and down levels is extremely dangerous as there are many blind turns. Don't recommend this garage at all.
