My experience with Johann Paul Jewelers was perfect. I had a ring that lost its stone. The sales lady on my first visit was very reassuring, warned me it might be expensive to replace, and treated me like a respected customer-not condescending or in any way negative. I got a fairly quick response with a reasonable estimate fully explained and the pick up was super easy. The job was beautifully done and the replacement stone exactly what I hoped and trusted them to make happen. Very wonderful experience and I will recommend them to anyone.
I had a great experience having wedding and engagement rings resized here. Terrific service, quick turnaround and my rings are beautiful (super clean!) and fit perfectly! So wonderful to have these rings comfortably back in my life again.
Judi helped me through the process of creating a custom engagement ring. It came out wonderful. Tim's hand engraving is just incredible.
Excellent selection, outstanding quality, very personal service. If you want a cheap engagement ring, probably go somewhere else. If you want exquisite unique beauty found nowhere else, I think Johann Paul is the place. My wife deserved nothing less than what I purchased for her at Johann Paul Jewelers for our 50th wedding anniversary.
