McChord Field Visitor Center

They were pleasant and gave me the information I needed. Unfortunately the museum and outdoor Heritage Hill Air Park at still closed due to coronavirus.

Took 40 minutes to process my brother and I at the gate with all the necessary documents provided. It was my first time golfing whispering firs and wasn't aware the course was on base. The soldiers at the desk were very nice but the wait time for our pass almost took almost 45 minutes.

The guys and gals behind the counter are always super helpful and super friendly. Even during this pandemic, they maintain a positive disposition. Great work!

It has a nice park called holiday park. I reccomend u stay there if you have a military person with you.

The people behind the counter were very helpful. But the MP was very rude. It was my first time there and was in my 35 foot truck. I was told to go there form another gate. I didn't know there's a commercial gate. But MP talked to me as if i was stupid. I just left. ud83dude11
