I have only had positive experiences with Big O. They are incredibly willing to provide quotes for tires if you are checking prices with the other the shops in town.
I needed an extra spare for offloading and they recommended a salvage yard to save money on the wheel and got the tire installed within a day. I appreciate how helpful they always are in spite of being one of the busiest stores in town.

Fast and friendly service
Big O saves the day... i travel for work, and am always in a new town. Jeff really helped out in getting me in for a required oil change. When I was in a bind with my schedule, Jeff came through for me. Thank you!
I have always had great service at Big O tires wherever I go. Well last week I took my car in to have a tire looked at that kept losing air pressure. I dropped it off and picked it up 5 hours later. I was assured the tire had been fixed. The tire kept losing air pressure so I took it to another tire shop. Low and behold a huge nail was pulled out of the tire! I was really disappointed with Big O. I dont know how that nail could have been missed!
