The mechanics do a great job.
The front counter lady has been rude every time I've ever been in there. This morning however took the cake. I wished more places realized how important customer service is. The glares and eye rolls really did it. Still in shock. My son could not believe the way we were treated.
I'm so thankful to find Pearson Tire after a blow-out in Utah this past week. After meeting with Larry Pearson (we determined we aren't related) and Bailey (who let me know she usually works in the shop and not at the reception desk) they had me fixed up and on the road in less than an hour. I had travelled about 100 miles to find a tire and was1000 miles from home. They treated me like family and will never forget my trip to Richfield!
I had my exhaust replaced. Ross is amazing. They are easy to work with. I have no complaints.
I always go here for whatever I need serviced, because they always charge fair and reasonable prices for all kinds of car issues. When I walk in, they know me.
They always get the job done quickly and correctly. Great staff!
In a bind, Grand Canyon bound from Illinois...needed a new tire quick... they squeezed me in super fast!! Front desk girl is super nice... thanks y'all!!
