We were broke down 18 miles away, starter went out. The friendly staff member delivered a new starter using his personal vehicle to the truck stop within 30 minutes, took the core back and credited our account. Super friendly and helpful staff, got us out of a tight bind. Thank you!
Great selection and the service was excellent. They do have an issue with giving you the wrong parts sometimes, but that's typical of any auto parts store. Staff was very friendly.

Purchased a fuel pump that wasn't installed and needed a pump with the assembly. I was told over the phone that they had one. When I drove 60 miles to pick it up, they said they just had the pump, not the assembly. Took it home and turned out I had to have the whole assembly. They said they would need approval to take back the uninstalled pump. Great customer service!!!!!
