I’ve been utilizing ATI’s services for a few months as I recover from a tough injury. The staff are wonderful, intelligent, and warm people. I always feel welcome and truly cared about from the Admin staff to the PTs. My referral here was my last hope of every recovering and returning to a normal lifestyle. Dr Catch was able to diagnose and treat an injury that no X-ray, CT, MRI, 2 different Orthopedic Surgeons, a Sports Medicine Dr, and another PT could. I got to know several of the wonderful PTs as they quote research and consult one another to ensure you are getting the very best individualized care. I am glad to be graduating this week but will sorely miss this group!

First off, not rating the PTs. They are all AMAZING. I'm giving a bad review of the way this place is run and the massage services.nI tried to pay my co-pay after my first visit and was told my bill wasn't ready. Tried to pay the next time and same thing. Finally when I received a bill in the mail (after several months of visits) I tried to pay and was told by the receptionist that they don't take payments there - I would have to go online or call the billing department. So now instead of paying each visit, I have a huge bill that's accumulated and I'm still confused about how to pay it. I'm not sure how they're making money because paying should be simple and convenient and you should be able to pay after each visit.nMy next issue is with the massage services. I saw Brandon who is a very nice guy but not a good massage therapist. The room was FREEZING cold. I was so uncomfortable! And instead of calming music in the background, the radio was blasting - commercials and all. Very hard to relax. Also, he did not apply enough pressure or massage in the right areas.nAnyway, the physical therapists are great. If you can get over the other stuff then more power to you.

I was treated with respect, I had a lot of fun here with some of the physical therapists, and I made other people smile too. What's great is that you keep the friendships with the people that you work together with. This is a wonderful place if you want to get better.
