I can't say enough incredible things about Joel. He helped select a brilliant diamond for me and created the absolute perfect engagement ring. He took my ideas and used his expertise to create a piece that was beyond what I (and my Fiancee) could have imagined! He was kind, patient, and made this experience very enjoyable. Excellent customer service and prices. Sold some silver bowls to them for a higher price than anywhere else in the neighborhood. Oh yeah, very nice people as well.

If you want an honest jeweler, come here. I am a deaf senior citizen and so can frequently be a target for scammers. I had some jewelry that I no longer wore and decided to sell it. After visiting several jewelers in my area, I found Joel. Not only was he patient with the communication difficulties of speaking with a deaf person, but he also explained to me that some of the jewelry I had was not platinum (at the time of this writing approx. $800/oz), but in fact palladium ($1,300/oz). All the other jewelers I visited didn't mention anything about palladium and offered me significantly less money than Joel. Very happy with the transaction and glad to see that there are still people left in this world like him.
