My amazing visit to Spencer's at The Westfield Topanga Mall started with warm smiles and being welcomed to Spencer's. I came into the store looking for a very particular set of ear rings. I was already thinking to myself that I wouldn't find them there. That's when Destiny started to help me look for what I wanted. She showed me what they had and was so determination to help me find what I really wanted. Just when we thought they did not have what I wanted.., Destiny took the time to go back to the stock room to look through a box full of other earrings and jewelry. She end up finding exactly what I really wanted. Today was a great day.. Thanks Destiny/Spencer..ud83dudc4dud83dude01..!!!

Gianna is a queen!! Best customer Customer service and super friendly! She took her time to help us when they were very busy and because of her great customer service, we will be returning! Gianna is the new manager and that makes shopping here much better!
