Update: Must have been a little rough patch before. The work was very good once it was completed and they offered sincere apologies. Subsequently either my wife or myself have used Weiss at least 4 times, and A+ each time, including today when I picked up a ring I had resized, ready a few days early. So sorry I didn't update this earlier. Ask for Helena...

Marvelous job resizing 3 rings in 1 1/2 hours, and cleaned them to a shine to boot. I'll be back for any other jewelery adjustments i need.

The other reviews were right!! I'm so happy I came by this shop ... at first I stopped by another jewlery repair counter because it was closer to where I entered the mall .... but I'm happy I ended up at this place. I just got a locket polished, but it meant a lot to me, so I didnt want it damaged. It's better than new .. I came to the right place!!! ❤❤❤ I didnt catch his name but the gentleman working there was friendly and delightful.
