They treated me fairly as a 1 day contracted Security Officer. Very polite & easy going. Jewelry is stunning & they also have limited edition items such as fine China. Most customers are friendly as well.

The service here is above and beyond, leagues above all the other jewelry stores. Walked in looking for a specific engagement ring and was shown right to it. Within 10 minutes we were drinking champagne and sizing the ring. Absolutely fantastic experience and I would not go anywhere else. The staff were all super friendly and very knowledgeable, from security to the sales. I would give more stars if I could.

I have been to Tiffany many times and do enjoy the Topanga Canyon store... Always above and beyond!nMost recently I was dealing with the Topanga Canyon store to help me replace a broken Christmas ornament from a few years ago. I couldn't find it anywhere online, even the first person I spoke with at Tiffany couldn't locate this ornament. I finally spoke with Kim Even at this location and she was terrific. She got the information from me and after a few days I heard from her... she located exactly what I was looking for! In a short time I had the ornament with the engraving exactly as the original!nKim... You are the best!... Tiffany is lucky to have you.
