I got over charged of one extra dress short length item that cashier Chanel # 5023843 on 8/1019 @ 12:56pm. This is not right and I called back Jackie told me I have to drive back to this particular store only to fix this problem. I live over one hour from this forever 21 location. I cannot fix this problem in other locations . This is totally nonsense and unfair for customer. This employee Chanel did this mistake and she should pay for it. . The lines was too long and no help in a dressing rooms. Cashier should not rush me and made a mistake on my receipt.

If sale is going on, you can grab some of the best deals here. It has very wide collection of apareal and shoes. We grabbed jacket and boot shoes in our best discounted deals so far. Quality is very good. Often they run clearance. So look out for sale!

Great clothes but that’s about it. managers the biggest b***h i’v ever met. Hope they choose better people to manage big franchises like this in the future.
