The Store Manager, Jasmine, is very passionate in providing a customizable client oriented experience. I found her team collaborates effortlessly in creating a positive shopping experience. It took over a year for me to choose my wedding band. During this process this team has always been attentive and remembered details as they arose. Thank you!

Jasmine is an AMAZING human being.!!! She took her time with myself & my Wife & didn't see us as a Dollar sign like most jewelry stores... My husband bought my wedding ring in another Zales location, but it was far from where we live so we went to this Zales in the topanga mall. The diamond of my wedding ring fell off and my husband wasn’t told that he needed to take the ring for inspection every 6 months. There was no record of it, but Jasmine the manager, and her crew were just exceptional and professional on helping us resolve this issue. I have my beautiful ring back and my husband and I are extremely happy with them.nnThank you Jasmine and your Crew, for helping us! We extremely appreciate it.

Very friendly staff, awsome customer service.nI bought a bracelet for my girlfriend that broke a week after I gave it to her. I took it to the store for repair and they were so great, not only the quote for the repair was a reasonable but at the end they give me a new one.nI will definitely continue shopping here!
