I sent Mark my engagement ring (one of his designs that I still love) for necessary repairs after 12 years of wear. I was very nervous to send it through the mail! Mark was very responsive, helpful and straightforward. He certainly is an expert in his designs and knew exactly what was needed. He quickly repaired my ring, as well as cleaned and soldered it together with my wedding and anniversary bands. After he was finished, I had it back by mail in less than 24 hours! It looks beautiful and I am very happy with his service! Thanks Mark!!!

We ordered a ring for my best friends engagement and we were pleasantly surprised to actually speak with Mark Silverstein himself when we called to speak with someone. He was so nice and down to earth to work with. The ring came in 2 days would’ve been overnighted, but the was a delay due to weather. It came well packaged so there would be no damage and the ring holder box had it’s own light, so the ring just sparkled perfect when you opened the box. So the whole experience was perfect for all of us! Would definitely recommend him to others. Thank you Mark!

Dear Mark,nnThank you, thank you, and thank you some more - for helping my fiancé make our proposal the most amazing day of my life. When he got down on one knee and I saw the ring you designed, I lost my breath, the tears flowed down, I saw lights and hearts and stars all around him. I was so taken away, I wasn’t even sure if I had said YES!! Mike told me the entire time he spent working with you, you were very responsive, very helpful in helping him design the ring, and made the entire process a breeze. He especially liked you talking in code! He asked me to write this review because he knows how in love with the ring (and him) I am!! It is stunning, perfect, I couldn’t have designed it better if I did it myself. When other people see it, their jaws drop! “He did good, he did really good!” -has been my favorite comment so far. So again, thank you for the most beautiful piece of jewelry I am going to wear everyday for the rest of my life. I look forward to creating our wedding bands with you.
